We are hiring!
Many thanks for your interest in our lab.
We warmly welcome new members from diverse backgrounds. Our priority is together to foster a supportive and collaborative learning and work environment. We value creative thinking, intellectual honesty, and a growth mindset.
From Shijing: While I worked at the Toyota Research Institute in California, I encountered the Japanese term "mendomi". It's a Toyota leadership concept that means treating colleagues like family. In our group, we expect every member to engage with their teammates with respect, kindness and understanding.
If you are interested in joining our team, please reach out here. If you do not hear back from us in two weeks, feel free to follow up with an email to ss896[at]cam.ac.uk.
